A collector's innovative spirit with the tension and aromatic lift of Riesling grape skins, and the grain structure of rye spirit. Duet N. 23 is an inventive spirit where grape and grain harmonize, bestowing a classic distillate with vinous complexity for a unique sensory profile.

Crafted from spirit distilled from organic rye and matured on grapes used in the production of skin-contact Riesling wine, this spirit is a one-of-a-kind expression that marries the rich character of noble rot within the frame of rye.

• Eye: In the glass, crystal-clear with a medium golden amber hue. Naturally vibrant and expressive, with visual clarity and radiant depth.
• Nose: Complex and aromatic, with a savory and botanical nose. Opens with caraway seed, iodine, and straw, followed by fennel, vanilla, and a creamy nougat sweetness. Layered aromas of caramel, baking spice, orange pith, and chamomile evolve in the glass and carry through the finish with a dry, persistent lift.
• Palate: Elegant and textural. Rich, mouth-coating texture with flavors of sticky date pudding, mango nectar, raisin, and apricot jam. The wine finishes with layers of orange marmalade, flinty minerality, and buttered toast, all drawn out over a super-long, dry finish. The interplay of sweetness and acidity is seamless, delivering both power and precision.
  

Duet N. 23 is crafted from rye and Riesling grapes farmed using organic practices, and contains no additions. This release has an ABV of 41.5%.
