A collector's innovative spirit with the bouquet of Chardonnay and the grain structure of rye spirit. Duet N. 15 is an inventive spirit where grape and grain harmonize, bestowing a classic distillate with vinous complexity for a unique sensory profile.

Crafted from spirit distilled from organic rye and matured on grapes used in the production of skin-contact Chardonnay wine, this spirit is a one-of-a-kind expression that marries the rich character of noble rot within the frame of rye.

• Eye: In the glass, brilliant and clear with a medium amber hue. Naturally expressive with no filtration, preserving depth of character and subtle texture.
• Nose: An aromatic, savory nose that bridges the gap between spirit and skin-contact wine. Porcini mushroom, fennel, and dried straw dominate the top notes, followed by caramel, ginger, hazelnut, and hints of toast. Secondary aromas of lemon marmalade and canned pineapple add brightness and lift.
• Palate: Silky texture with complex aromatics echoing the nose. Flavors of toffee, molasses, honey, hay, and straw dominate the mid-palate, evolving into notes of lion’s mane mushroom, chalk, quince, pink grapefruit, candied lemon, and chamomile. Bone-dry, with integrated warmth and long-lasting savory-citrus resonance.
  

Duet N. 15 is crafted from rye and Chardonnay grapes farmed using organic practices, and contains no additions. This release has an ABV of 44.4%.
